Who we are
Sassy's Cleaning is a Dublin-based console cleaning service. This site is used to give quotes and take booking requests. For anything about this policy, contact sassydevicecleaning@gmail.com.
What we collect
We only collect what's needed to arrange and confirm a booking. This is submitted directly by you through the booking form.

We do not collect payment details through the site — payment is arranged in person (cash or Revolut) on collection.
How your information is stored
Booking database
Booking details are stored securely in a Supabase database. Your name, email, and phone number are flagged internally as sensitive fields and are only accessible to Sassy's Cleaning for the purpose of managing bookings.
When you submit the booking form, your device also opens a pre-filled email addressed to sassydevicecleaning@gmail.com. That email is only sent if you choose to hit send in your own email app — nothing is sent automatically on our end.
How we use your information
- To confirm your booking and agree drop-off or collection details
- To contact you about your console (e.g. questions about the issue, timing)
- To keep a record of past bookings for our own service history
We do not use your information for marketing, and we do not sell or share it with third parties for their own purposes.
Who else can see it
Your information is only ever seen by Sassy's Cleaning. Supabase, our database provider, processes and stores the data on our behalf under their own security and hosting terms, but does not use it for anything else.
How long we keep it
Booking records are kept for as long as reasonably needed to manage past and repeat bookings. If you'd like your information deleted, just ask — see contact details below.
Your rights
As a data subject in the EU/Ireland, you can ask us at any time to:
- See what information we hold about you
- Correct anything that's inaccurate
- Delete your information from our records
